Relatives of inmates face challenges in delivering food, medicine, clothing, and everyday items to detention centers and prisons. To deliver necessary items to a loved one in a pre-trial detention center or prison, you need:

In a situation where the relatives of the inmate live in one region of Ukraine, and he is serving his sentence in another, such travels make it impossible to support the prisoner.
To address these issues, our online store for inmates has been created, which provides:
- Quick delivery of parcels to pre-trial detention centers and prisons.
- Proper packaging.
- Compliance of goods with legal requirements.
Today our online store serves all operational pre-trial detention centers and prisons in Ukraine (except those located in occupied territories or active combat zones). And in 2013, this project looked like this:

List of prohibited and permitted items and products for prisoners.
The Ministry of Justice, by order dated September 23, 2020, No. 3306/5, presented the lists in a new edition:
- food products, essential items, other goods and objects prohibited for transfer to prisoners and convicts, as well as for use and storage on one’s person.
- food products, essential items, and other goods and objects that prisoners and convicts can receive in parcels (transfers) and packages, purchase at prison shops, and keep on their person.
In pre-trial detention centers and prisons, it is PROHIBITED to transfer:
- food products in glass or metal containers, with expired expiration dates;
- canned products of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits prepared at home;
- ready-made meals;
- products requiring additional preparation by heat treatment;
- products that spoil quickly and require special storage conditions;
- spoiled food products;
- yeast;
- alcoholic, low-alcohol beverages, and beer;
- cologne and other products based on alcohol;
- energy drinks;
(At the same time, the list of food products may be restricted by the prescription of the sanitary and epidemiological service) - money, valuable items, securities;
- optical devices (except glasses);
- items and tableware made of porcelain, glass, ceramics, metal, and stainless steel, including pots, pans, kettles, spoons, forks, plates, etc. (except for polyethylene tableware, metal mug, and bowl)
- pornographic materials according to the Law “On Protection of Public Morality”;
- any items made of precious metals, etc.

In pre-trial detention centers and prisons, it is ALLOWED to pass:
- factory-made (commercially packaged) food products not in glass or metal containers, with a valid expiration date, not requiring additional cooking by thermal processing and stored at room temperature;
- fresh fruits and vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, cabbage, carrots, greens – 1 kg each);
- dry confectionery products;
- instant cooking products (cereals, including buckwheat, not requiring thermal processing, porridge, noodles, vermicelli, soup, cream soup, mashed potatoes, pasta, muesli, flakes, etc.);
- tea, sugar, and coffee – up to 1 kg of each item;
- tobacco products – no more than 30 packs of cigarettes or tobacco;
- matches – no more than 10 boxes or one disposable lighter;
- clothing for the season – no more than two sets;
- seasonal footwear – no more than one pair;
- underwear, stockings (socks), handkerchiefs;
- business suit, tracksuit – one set each;
- sports shoes, indoor or sports slippers – one pair each;
- for women – robes and dresses, scarves, headwear, tights, belts, bras, gauze, hygiene products, hair clips, cotton wool, non-alcohol-based cosmetics, face and hand cream, non-precious jewelry;
- wrist or pocket watches made of non-precious metals, not equipped with photo or video camera functions, mobile phone, GPS navigator, player, and without access to the Internet – 1 piece;
- medications or their equivalents, medical devices – only as prescribed by the attending physician when necessary for round-the-clock emergency intake and maintenance of vital body functions;
- fiction literature – up to 10 copies, newspapers and magazines, including those of religious content, – without restrictions, etc.
